The Quechee Club
The Quechee Club caters to 1500 families in the Quechee Lakes Region, along with the public. Executive Chef Morgan Lory has been working in their kitchen for almost 2 years and has brought in an entirely new team. As a pastry intern, I created dessert specials, created 4 different dessert menus, and made cookies, muffins, and scones for the Golfing Base Lodge. I also worked many events such as Easter, Mother's Day, and Chef's of the Valley, which required higher volumes of production, but were a chance to meet and greet with the club members. I began my internship on April 16, and finished on September 27th.
