Following six months of living on campus and attending classes in Montpelier Vermont, my classmates and I have now dispersed across the country to complete our first internship. Choosing from over 800 sites on the NECI website, each of us is now in the process of working at least 700 hours in a cooking facility. My first internship was on the small island of Nantucket Massachusetts at TOPPER'S Restaurant at the Wauwinet Inn. My second internship was at The Trapdoor Bakehouse and Café in Quechee Vermont. Currently I'm interning at The Quechee Club in Quechee Vermont.
